I haven't been very satisfied with my lame art lately. this would probably be better as a stock image lol

that means like, no facebook games, no games in general, no myspace, no myspace layouts/backgrounds, no flickr, no polyvore, no ebay, no photobucket, no skins, no mobile wallpapers, no icons, no avatars, no signatures, etc.

I don't have a problem if you use my art as something personal for a poem or story that you and/or close friends only see. but if it's going to be more than that, just simply ask permission. I am ever so kind :aww:
BECAUSE not asking simple permission (hey, may I please use ---- for.....) is absolutely stealing a part of me, and also stealing from the stock providers. It's like stealing somebody's personality; a piece of their brain or heart, to express yourself through what they are showing in the art piece or writing. And it's worse if you get the credit! So stop expressing yourselves through stealing people's art! (and it's also rude and annoying when you add your style to it! especially without permission and credit)

p.s. YOUTUBE and blogs are okay if you credit the image you use, or credit night-fate @ deviantart.com, or julia starr.
meaning, the way you USE the image does not mean manipulate it with your style or add your name over it.

AND if that still does not make any clear sense, try to think of it like "oh, I think I will use this for a painting or something." if it's going to be a VERB like TO DO something. TO USE it or whatever, then ASK.
example:
"i am going TO SAVE this then I am going TO UPLOAD this and USE it for an online game, background, avatar...etc."
(i am going TO TAKE a screenshot and PASTE it and then SAVE it.)
please, don't do that crap.
And thank you if you respect it and have some common sense. :)
